ALTERNATIVE LIVING SERVICES (ALS) – FAMILY MODEL
A Place to Call Home. Support to Live Your Best Life.
Our Alternative Living Services (ALS) – Family Model provides a safe, supportive, and comfortable residential environment for individuals who need assistance with daily living while remaining connected to their community.
Through Georgia’s Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP), eligible individuals may receive Alternative Living Services as an alternative to nursing facility placement.
